Vegetable wok
Fast and delicious!
You will need: (for 5 people)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 200g green beans
- 300g courgettes
- 300g carrots
- 4 tablespoons olive oil or walnut oil
- 8 tablespoons caramel vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 4 cloves of garlic
- A few peanuts
- Salt & Pepper
- Chop the vegetables very finely.
- Fry the carrots and peppers in hot oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the beans and courgettes and cook on a high heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the caramel vinegar, lemon juice, crushed garlic and ginger.
- Pour the sauce and peanuts over the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes on a high heat.
- Serve immediately. You can add poultry or shrimps to this preparation.
Tip: This recipe also works with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
