A little perfume
You need: (for 2 people)
- 400g of the poultry of your choice (turkey, chicken, …)
- 3cl of caramel vinegar
- Fresh thyme
- A knob of butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Melt the butter in a hot pan and add the pieces of poultry (legs, drumsticks, fillets, wings, etc.)
- Halfway through cooking, add the thyme and the caramel vinegar.
- Once cooked, serve with the juice from the pan, accompanied by raw vegetables.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with apricot balsamic or honey vinegar.
