A little perfume


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 400g of the poultry of your choice (turkey, chicken, …)
  • 3cl of caramel vinegar
  • Fresh thyme
  • A knob of butter
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Melt the butter in a hot pan and add the pieces of poultry (legs, drumsticks, fillets, wings, etc.)
  2. Halfway through cooking, add the thyme and the caramel vinegar.
  3. Once cooked, serve with the juice from the pan, accompanied by raw vegetables.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with apricot balsamic or honey vinegar.
