Sweet and savoury vinaigrette
As much in salad as in sauce
You need :
- 5 tablespoons grape seed oil
- 4 tablespoons caramel vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the vinegar and sugar.
- Add the mustard and oil, whisking well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream and sesame seeds and mix again.
- Use this dressing on fish tartars, salads, or raw seafood.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar or spice vinegar.
