Sweet and savoury vinaigrette

As much in salad as in sauce


You need :

  • 5 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 4 tablespoons caramel vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the vinegar and sugar.
  2. Add the mustard and oil, whisking well. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cream and sesame seeds and mix again.
  4. Use this dressing on fish tartars, salads, or raw seafood.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar or spice vinegar.
