Foie Gras Vinaigrette

A festive entrance!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 8 slices of semi-cooked foie gras
  • 160g of rocket
  • Balsamic with truffle
  • Grape seed oil
  • Bread of your choice to make the toasts (a brioche bread for example)
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the truffle balsamic and the grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly toast the slices of bread, and place the slices of foie gras on top.
  3. Place the cleaned rocket at the bottom of the plate, and on top of it the foie gras toasts
  4. Drizzle with truffle vinaigrette and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with raspberry balsamic or honey vinegar.
