Melon dregs
On a summer evening …
You need: (for 6 people)
- 1 melon
- 4 tablespoons of blackcurrant and timut balsamic
- A few tarragon leaves
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the melon into balls with a melon baller (or cut the melon slices into regular cubes).
- Place them in a salad bowl.
- Chop the tarragon and add it to the melon.
- Pour in the balsamic and lemon juice and mix well.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Divide into glasses and serve chilled.
