Melon dregs

On a summer evening …


You need: (for 6 people)

  • 1 melon
  • 4 tablespoons of blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • A few tarragon leaves
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the melon into balls with a melon baller (or cut the melon slices into regular cubes).
  2. Place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Chop the tarragon and add it to the melon.
  4. Pour in the balsamic and lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Divide into glasses and serve chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with kina-karo balsamic or tarragon vinegar.
