Caramelised pork ribs

The little extra that changes everything


You need: (for 6 people)

  • 1 whole rack of ribs
  • 8cl caramel vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet honey
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the vinegar and honey in a bowl.
  2. Brush the ribs with the mixture.
  3. Cook on the barbecue, turning occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper before serving!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or wild blackberry balsamic.
