Tomates mozzarella
Summer on the plate
You need: (for 2 people)
- 3 beautiful tomatoes
- 150g of mozzarella
- Balsamic with basil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into fairly thin slices.
- Arrange on your plate as you wish (in a rosette, as a hamburger, in cubes or simply as a salad).
- Drizzle with basil balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
- For those of you who don’t like olive oil in this dish, we recommend something fairly neutral, so as not to distort the taste of the basil balsamic.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or olive oil with basil.
