Beef heart tomatoes
A peppery touch with peppers!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 3 beautiful beef heart tomatoes
- 10 year old natural balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin wedges.
- In the dish, pour a drizzle of balsamic over the tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Eat well chilled!
- You can garnish with mozzarella di buffala or some fresh basil leaves!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil balsamic or winter truffle balsamic.
