Beef heart tomatoes

A peppery touch with peppers!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 3 beautiful beef heart tomatoes
  • 10 year old natural balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin wedges.
  2. In the dish, pour a drizzle of balsamic over the tomatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Eat well chilled!
  5. You can garnish with mozzarella di buffala or some fresh basil leaves!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil balsamic or winter truffle balsamic.
