Tofu and mushrooms
A nice alternative
You need: (for 2 people)
- 300g of button mushrooms
- 200g of tofu
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 15cl of liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 3 tablespoons Rancio vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut the tofu into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic and shallot.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the tofu and mushroom slices and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the Rancio vinegar. Mix and reduce.
- Pour in the crème fraîche and mustard. Mix, let it reduce at low temperature for a few minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and serve
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Walnut and Curry Balsamic or Truffle Balsamic.
