Avocado, crab and mango timbale

A fresh entry


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 mango
  • 1 crab
  • 2cl of vanilla softness vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and slice the avocado thinly and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
  3. Prepare the crab and collect the flesh, then mix it with a little olive oil.
  4. Arrange round cutters on the plates.
  5. Start with a layer of avocado, then the mango cubes and finally the crab meat.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of vanilla softness vinegar before serving.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or moelleux vinegar.
