Marinated tuna
Very fragrant
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 300g raw tuna
- 2cl oyster balsamic
- 2.5cl sesame oil
- 1.5g cumin
- 1g curry powder
- 1g garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix all the ingredients (except the tuna) until smooth.
- Dip 50g tuna cubes into the mixture, cover and chill for a few hours.
- In a hot frying pan, cook the tuna cubes briefly on each side to keep the core raw.
- Deglaze the pan with the blackberry balsamic.
- Arrange the tuna on plates and pour the deglaze over them.
- Serve with mashed peas or a lamb’s lettuce and citrus salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Madagascar Vanilla Mellow Vinegar or Tarragon Vinegar.
