Salmon tartar
Must-see
You need: (for 2 people)
- 250g salmon fillet without skin
- 4cl olive oil
- A few sesame seeds (or pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or others)
- 1 half lemon
- 6cl of pink vinegar, lemon and ginger
- Salt & Pepper
- As soon as you take the salmon out of the fridge, cut it into 1.5cm cubes and place in a salad bowl.
- Add the seeds, oil, vinegar and grated lemon peel and mix well.
- Cover and chill for about 20 minutes before serving as a starter with lightly toasted bread or a mixed salad.
