Salmon tartar
Healthy and delicious!
You need :
- 200g raw salmon
- Apricot balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive oil
- Cut the raw salmon into 1.5cm cubes.
- In a salad bowl, mix four spoonfuls of apricot balsamic and two spoonfuls of sweet olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the salmon to the bowl and mix well.
- Strain and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then serve immediately after removing from the refrigerator.
