Cod tartare
An explosion in the mouth
You will need: (for 12 appetizer spoons)
- 250g of cod fillet
- 100mlolive oil with basil
- Pearls of wine vinegar (tarragon or Nepalese pepper, as you like!)
- Salt & Pepper
- Dice the fresh cod, then toss in the basil oil, salt and pepper.
- Place in spoons for the aperitif, and add 5 pearls on top.
- You can also serve this tartar as a starter in larger quantities.
