Cod tartare

An explosion in the mouth


You will need: (for 12 appetizer spoons)

  • 250g of cod fillet
  • 100mlolive oil with basil
  • Pearls of wine vinegar (tarragon or Nepalese pepper, as you like!)
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Dice the fresh cod, then toss in the basil oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Place in spoons for the aperitif, and add 5 pearls on top.
  3. You can also serve this tartar as a starter in larger quantities.
