Spaghettis carbonara

Simple and effective!


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 450g fresh spaghetti
  • 150g smoked bacon
  • 5cl honey vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of double cream
  • Parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 4 egg yolks (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, in a hot pan, fry the bacon for 2 minutes and add the honey vinegar.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the lardons are cooked and add the crème fraîche.
  4. Then mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Grate the cheese on top and place an egg yolk on the plate.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with balsamic with candied fig or vinegar with Espelette chilli.
