Sauté of beef
In just a few minutes
You need: (for 2 people)
- 2 steaks
- 6cl orange wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of summer honey
- 2 peppers (choose two different colours for more visual appeal!)
- 1 onion
- Grape seed oil
- Salt & Pepper
- In a bowl, mix the orange wine vinegar with the honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the onion. Cut the steaks into strips and the peppers into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the strips of beef for 1 minute on each side.
- Add the onion and peppers and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- Pour in the honey/orange wine vinegar mixture, bring to the boil and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with caramel vinegar or apricot balsamic.
