Saumon en tartare
A peppery touch with peppers!
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 200g fresh salmon (skinless)
- 3 tablespoons of old-fashioned olive oil
- Juice of 1 grapefruit or lime
- 2 shallots
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- Fresh chives
- Salt & Pepper
- Chop the fish flesh very finely, then peel and chop the shallots, chives and capers.
- Mix everything together in a bowl and sprinkle with the citrus juice and old-fashioned olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked olive oil or Espelette pepper olive oil.
