Salad dressing
For every day
You need :
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil with Espelette pepper
- 2 tablespoons of honey vinegar
- 1 shallot
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and finely chop the shallot.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with avocado or seafood salads.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with all our olive oils.
