Meat sauce

Very easy to make


You need :

  • 2 onions or 3 shallots
  • 4cl of caramel vinegar
  • Meat of your choice
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and cut the onions into small pieces.
  2. In a very hot pan, fry the onions without fat for 2 minutes then pour the caramel vinegar.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Then serve over the meat, as a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or blackberry balsamic.
