Fish sauce
Very easy to make
You need :
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Nepalese pepper vinegar
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Chop the garlic and shallot finely, then fry them in olive oil.
- Add the other ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve on cooked fish fillets.
- You can also add small dices of tomatoes, aromatic herbs, a spice, according to your taste!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Mango Ginger Vinegar or Aphrodisiac Balsamic.
