Aubergine and feta cheese sandwich
On the go
You need :
- 1 half baguette
- 40g of feta cheese
- 90g of aubergines
- Smoked olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel, slice thinly and cook the aubergine in a pan.
- Cut the bread in half.
- Once the aubergine has cooled, place the slices in the bread and crumble the feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with smoked olive oil and close the sandwich.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil oil or sesame oil.
