Chicken, tomato and red bean salad

A full salad


You will need: (for 3 people)

  • 270g chicken breast
  • 200g red beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50g of lettuce
  • 1 avocado
  • 3cl of garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little oil. Leave to cool.
  2. In the meantime, cut the vegetables into small cubes and rinse the kidney beans.
  3. In a bowl, mix the garrigue vinegar, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
