Chicken, tomato and red bean salad
A full salad
You will need: (for 3 people)
- 270g chicken breast
- 200g red beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 50g of lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 3cl of garrigue vinegar, thyme or rosemary
- 1 plain yoghurt
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little oil. Leave to cool.
- In the meantime, cut the vegetables into small cubes and rinse the kidney beans.
- In a bowl, mix the garrigue vinegar, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
