Apple and pineapple salad

A very fresh dessert


You will need: (for 6 people)

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 apples (Granny Smith for example)
  • 5 teaspoons Tonka bean balsamic
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet honey
  • Lemon juice

  1. Wash, peel and dice the fruit.
  2. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with a few spoonfuls of lemon juice.
  3. Mix the honey and balsamic with the Tonka bean and pour the mixture over the fruit.
  4. Mix well and serve chilled!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with fig confit balsamic or vanilla mellow vinegar.
