Grilled pepper and feta salad
A peppery touch with peppers!
You will need: (for 3 people)
- 2 red peppers
- 1 yellow pepper
- Nepalese pepper vinegar
- Black olives
- Fresh feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash the peppers and dry them well, leaving them whole.
- Gently roast the peppers in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- In order to peel them easily, place them in a covered bowl to cool. Peel and seed the peppers and cut them into strips.
- Mix the pepper strips with the olive oil and Nepalese pepper vinegar and leave to stand for 45 minutes.
- Finally, mix with the cubed feta cheese and the black olives.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or tarragon vinegar.
