Salade normande

You will need: (for 3 people)
- 1 lettuce
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 andouille sausage
- 1 camembert cheese
- 6 slices of wholemeal bread
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Caramel vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and dice the apple and fry it in a pan.
- Dice the andouille.
- Cut the Camembert cheese into small pieces and place them on the bread. Put in the oven on grill mode for 5 minutes.
- Wash and drain the lettuce, add the apples and the diced andouille. Season with salt and pepper. Place the Camembert toast on top.
- In a bowl, mix the oil and vinegar and serve on the salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or candied fig balsamic.
