Endive and apple salad
Gourmet and balanced
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 endives
- 1 apple
- A handful of pine nuts
- 5 tablespoons of apricot balsamic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash, drain and cut the endives into strips.
- Wash, peel, seed and dice the apple.
- Mix the mustard, oil and balsamic with the apricot in a bowl and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
