Endive and apple salad

Gourmet and balanced


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 endives
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of pine nuts
  • 5 tablespoons of apricot balsamic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash, drain and cut the endives into strips.
  2. Wash, peel, seed and dice the apple.
  3. Mix the mustard, oil and balsamic with the apricot in a bowl and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
