Garden salad


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 1 large carrot
  • 200g peas
  • A few salad leaves
  • A handful of blackcurrants
  • 1 nectarine
  • 30g of hazelnuts
  • Blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Peel and quarter the nectarine.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and blackcurrant and timut balsamic and enjoy chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with raspberry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
