Salad of the Grisons

A change from ham


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 200g green salad (romaine, sucrine, or other)
  • 3 slices of Grisons meat
  • A handful of sultanas
  • 30g of toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apricot saffron balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the slices of bacon into strips.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with apricot saffron balsamic and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Feel free to garnish with ingredients of your choice.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar or basil balsamic.
