Rice and quinoa salad
In the middle of summer
You need: (for 2 people)
- 80g white rice
- 80g of quinoa
- 100g corn
- 220g of red peppers
- Balsamic with dried nuts
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the rice and quinoa according to the packet instructions. Drain and leave to cool.
- In the meantime, cut the pepper into cubes.
- Mix it with the rice, quinoa and corn.
- Season with oil and dried nut balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with aphrodisiac balsamic or orange wine vinegar.
