Rice and broccoli salad
A quick entry
You will need: (for 3 people)
- 125g white rice
- 2 stalks of celery
- 300g broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 3 teaspoons kina-karo balsamic
- 6 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Cook the rice and broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water.
- Meanwhile, cut the celery into thin slices.
- Mix the oil, mustard and balsamic with the kina-karo.
- Drain the rice and broccoli and add to the celery.
- Drizzle with the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with spiced vinegar or truffle balsamic.
