Potato and radish salad
Quick and easy
You need: (for 2 people)
- 300g of potatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100g of pink radishes
- Balsamic with wild garlic
- A drizzle of oliveoil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
- Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into half slices and the radishes into slices.
- When the potatoes are cooked, cut them into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, add salt and pepper, a dash of wild garlic balsamic and olive oil.
- Mix again and serve.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or balsamic with kina-karo.
