Strawberry salad

Surprise your taste buds!


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 240g strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic with basil
  • 2 or 3 basil leaves for decoration

  1. Hull the strawberries and cut them into 4.
  2. Reduce the basil for a few minutes in a saucepan with the sugar.
  3. Serve the resulting syrup on the strawberries, and to decorate, you can add one basil leaf per plate.
  4. Add a little whipped cream if you like.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or plain balsamic.
