Salade de crabe

Refreshing!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 200g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tin of crabmeat
  • 1 orange
  • 1 grapefruit
  • A few sesame seeds
  • 4cl olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pink vinegar, lemon and ginger
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the citrus fruit into thin slices and place them in a salad bowl with the cleaned lamb’s lettuce and crab.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, pink, lemon and ginger vinegar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss, and enjoy.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with aphrodisiac balsamic or spiced vinegar.
