Hot goat cheese salad

A classic!


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 80g of lettuce
  • 6 small slices of farmhouse bread (or bread of your choice)
  • Half a log of goat’s cheese (or fresh goat’s cheese if you prefer)
  • 9 teaspoons of honey vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • And according to your taste: red onions, candied tomatoes, nuts, etc…

  1. Wash and spin-dry the salad. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Place half a spoonful of honey vinegar on the bread, then add a slice of goat’s cheese and finish pouring the spoonful over the cheese.
  3. Place in the oven for 5 minutes on the grill.
  4. Arrange the slices of bread on the salad.
  5. You can add a little honey vinegar to the salad, or another vinegar!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with fig balsamic or apricot balsamic.
