Broccoli salad
A Korean touch
You need: (for 2 people)
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 drop of Tabasco
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
- Rinse immediately in cold water to preserve their colour.
- Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce and Tabasco in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the broccoli with this mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve warm or cold.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette chilli oil or smoked oil.
