Wheat salad
In all seasons
You need: (for 2 people)
- 150g pre-cooked durum wheat (Ebly type)
- 120g raw ham
- 100g beetroot
- 200g carrots
- 50g feta cheese
- Balsamic with wild garlic
- Olive oil
- Fresh chives
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the wheat as indicated on the packet (about 10 minutes) and then cool it down.
- Meanwhile, peel and grate the carrots.
- Cut the beetroot and feta cheese into cubes and chop the chives.
- Mix all these ingredients together and season with olive oil and wild garlic balsamic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve and arrange the ham on top.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked blackberry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
