Colourful salad
In the middle of summer
You need: (for 2 people)
- 3 peppers (one of each colour if you can)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2cl olive oil
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
- Place them on a baking tray and roast them for 25-30 minutes at 200°C. Place them in a dish.
- Chop a clove of garlic, thin out the thyme and place it on the peppers.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and mix.
- Leave to stand in a cool place for 2 hours.
