Chicken and blue cheese salad
A mixture that makes you hungry
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 400g already roasted free-range chicken
- 200g of sucrine
- 90g of blue cheese, Roquefort, Gorgonzola…
- 1 half red onion
- 150g of roasted pecans
- A few yellow cherry tomatoes
- Blackcurrant and juniper balsamic
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Remove the skin from the chicken, the bones, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the diced sucrine, the chopped red onion, the cherry tomatoes, the chicken, the cheese and the pecans.
- Sprinkle with the blackcurrant and juniper balsamic and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
