Pineapple salad
Fragrant freshness
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 250g pineapple
- 100g of cucumber
- 100g avocado
- Blackcurrant and timut balsamic
- Rapeseed oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the pineapple, avocado and cucumber into equal-sized cubes.
- Drizzle the oil and the blackcurrant and timut balsamic over the cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar or raspberry balsamic.
