Scallops and balsamic pearls
Get ready for the holidays!
You need: (for 4 people)
- 12 scallops
- 10 year old balsamic pearls
- A drizzle ofolive oil smoked with thyme and verbena
- Flower of salt
- In the hot oil, snackete the scallops by turning them once (about 1 minute per side). They must be just pearly.
- Arrange one scallop per spoon. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
- Add 4 or 5 pearls on top.
- Taste immediately!
