Sweet potato purée

You will need: (for 2 people)
- 400g sweet potatoes
- 3 teaspoons of raspberry balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and coarsely dice the sweet potatoes.
- Steam them for about 20 minutes.
- Blend them in a blender for a smooth and silky texture.
- Add the raspberry balsamic, salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Walnut and Curry Balsamic or Blackcurrant and Juniper Balsamic.
