Sweet potato purée

You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 400g sweet potatoes
  • 3 teaspoons of raspberry balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and coarsely dice the sweet potatoes.
  2. Steam them for about 20 minutes.
  3. Blend them in a blender for a smooth and silky texture.
  4. Add the raspberry balsamic, salt and pepper.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Walnut and Curry Balsamic or Blackcurrant and Juniper Balsamic.
