Spinach shoots and smoked salmon
As simple as possible!
You need: (for 2 people)
- 400g spinach shoots
- 150g smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons samphire vinegar and fleur de sel
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
- Wash the spinach shoots and drain well.
- Mix the spinach shoots with the samphire and fleur de sel vinegar and the olive oil.
- Serve with the slices of smoked salmon.
