Grilled chicken

The Sunday dish


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 1 free-range chicken
  • 4 tablespoons flower honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 5cl of tomato, basil and smoked paprika vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix the olive oil, thyme, garlic and salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and brush it with the mixture.
  3. Heat the honey in a pan and add the tomato vinegar, basil and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  4. Put the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes and brush it regularly with the honey/vinegar mixture each time you turn it.
  5. Then cook according to the size of the chicken and the power of the oven.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette pepper vinegar or apricot balsamic.
