Caramelised chicken
An appetizing sweet and savoury mix
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 free-range chicken cutlets
- 1 yellow onion
- 3cl of mango and ginger vinegar
- 30g sugar
- 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Prepare the caramel by bringing the mango and ginger vinegar and sugar to the boil and wait until the caramel becomes syrupy.
- In a frying pan, fry the chicken and the chopped onion in the oil.
- Once cooked, coat them with the vinegar caramel and stir to coat well.
- Serve with a pan of onions and rice for example.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
