Jacket potatoes
To warm up your winter evenings
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 800g of potatoes
- Half-salt butter
- Balsamic with wild garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel your potatoes and rinse them in cold water to remove the starch.
- Cut them in half lengthwise and place them in an ovenproof dish.
- Add a knob of butter to the top of each potato half and bake for 35 minutes. (check for doneness by sticking a knife into it)
- 10 minutes before the end of cooking time, pour half a teaspoon of balsamic over each potato.
- Serve hot!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
