Fried pumpkin
Simple and balanced
What you need: (for 2 people)
- 500g pumpkin
- 150g of bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2cl truffle balsamic
- 3cl olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and slice the pumpkin into medium slices. Chop the garlic.
- In a frying pan, fry the garlic in the olive oil, then add the pumpkin slices. When golden, remove from the heat and set aside on paper towels.
- Then fry the bacon in the same pan and set aside.
- Deglaze the pan with the truffle balsamic, then add the bacon and pumpkin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with walnut and curry balsamic or honey vinegar.
