Mushroom fry-up
The little extra to accompany a meat !
You need :
- 120g of mushrooms per person
- 10 year old plain balsamic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
- In a frying pan, fry the mushrooms in 3cl of plain balsamic.
- Add a little parsley to taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with a pork tenderloin!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with wild blackberry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
