Mushroom fry-up

The little extra to accompany a meat !


You need :

  • 120g of mushrooms per person
  • 10 year old plain balsamic
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
  2. In a frying pan, fry the mushrooms in 3cl of plain balsamic.
  3. Add a little parsley to taste and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with a pork tenderloin!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with wild blackberry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
