Whatever cheese you like, enhance it with a few drops of walnut and curry balsamic! Goat’s cheese, ewe’s cheese, Saint Nectaire, aged parmesan, feta, camembert, roquefort, morbier… The choice is yours!

Tip: This recipe can also be created with fig balsamic or honey vinegar.
