Goat's cheese and spinach pasta

You are in for a treat!


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 100g raw pasta
  • 300g fresh spinach
  • 80g of fresh goat cheese
  • A drizzle of old-fashioned matured olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and slice it roughly.
  2. 3 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the spinach to the pasta pot.
  3. Drain, and mix well.
  4. Add the fresh goat cheese and mix again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with old-fashioned olive oil.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Lucca olive oil or Espelette chilli olive oil.
