Goat's cheese and spinach pasta
You are in for a treat!
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 100g raw pasta
- 300g fresh spinach
- 80g of fresh goat cheese
- A drizzle of old-fashioned matured olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet. Meanwhile, wash the spinach and slice it roughly.
- 3 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the spinach to the pasta pot.
- Drain, and mix well.
- Add the fresh goat cheese and mix again.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with old-fashioned olive oil.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Lucca olive oil or Espelette chilli olive oil.
