Pasta with Parmesan cheese
For ever more delicious pasta
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 200g of pasta
- Olive oil with basil
- Fresh parmesan cheese in blocks
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- In the meantime, grate the parmesan.
- Place the hot pasta in a soup plate, add a drizzle of basil olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Olivière olive oil or matured olive oil.
